Leading Diverse Nonprofit Newsrooms

Join Emma Bowen and INN for an abbreviated, intense and interactive day of training designed to support INN members in providing an inclusive work environment that attracts and retains a diverse team, whether interns or professionals. The training will be facilitated by American Press Institute and Maynard Institute with Emma Bowen Foundation and INN staff in attendance. The day will be a blend of presentations, small group discussions and individual work. Although the training is targeted to members hosting interns, the program is open to members looking to create a more inclusive organization.
