Newsletters are the best, most consistent way to stay in touch and develop relationships with your audience, particularly during a crisis. More than half the newsrooms recently surveyed by the World Association of News Publishers launched special newsletters for their pandemic coverage. And like coronavirus, the continuing protests against racial injustice are both national and deeply local stories, and it's worth considering a new newsletter for your coverage.
