Anthropocene is a print, online, and “live” magazine that derives its name from the new geologic epoch in which we find ourselves: the Age of Humans. Its goal is to be the leading international science magazine on environmental innovation and sustainability in this new epoch (much in the same way that Foreign Policy is the thought-leader for international affairs). Under the auspices of Future Earth, a new major international research program advancing science for sustainability, Anthropocene marries top-tier independent solutions-focused journalism with a high-end global audience of scientists, policy-makers, and thought leaders.
